Coruña British International School is a highly distinguished British international school the first in the city to gain NABSS (National Association for British Schools in Spain) accreditation. The school’s curriculum has been fully approved by both the Galician Government and the British Council, and is considered to be, alongside its sister school in Vigo, one of the foremost British schools in the Galicia region. Founded more than 8 years ago this progressive school with strong family values has delivered the English National Curriculum to hundreds of students and has evolved to meet the needs of modern learners. Students aged three to 14 attend the school and follow the National English Early Years Framework and the English National Curriculum.

The school is a proud member of Globeducate British International Schools, a new cluster within Globeducate family founded on 2021, which brings together nine schools across Europe. Nowadays, Globeducate has a network of more than 60 schools across 12 countries, welcoming more than 40,000 students each day.

We wish to recruit an enthusiastic and dynamic Assistant Business Manager. 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in school administration, finance, or business operations.
  • Ability to process financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and support budget monitoring.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding, confidentiality, and compliance procedures in schools.
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills, able to prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Competence with school finance.
  • Ability to support premises, facilities, and health & safety processes.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in all administrative tasks.
  • Enhanced DBS check and full adherence to safer recruitment requirements.
  • C1/C2 level of English.
