Coruña British International School is a highly distinguished British international school the first in the city to gain NABSS (National Association for British Schools in Spain) accreditation. The school’s curriculum has been fully approved by both the Galician Government and the British Council, and is considered to be, alongside its sister school in Vigo, one of the foremost British schools in the Galicia region. Founded more than 8 years ago this progressive school with strong family values has delivered the English National Curriculum to hundreds of students and has evolved to meet the needs of modern learners. Students aged three to 14 attend the school and follow the National English Early Years Framework and the English National Curriculum.

We wish to recruit an enthusiastic and dynamic Maintenance Technician:
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in building maintenance, repairs, or facilities support within a school or similar environment.
- Ability to carry out general maintenance tasks such as plumbing, painting, joinery, basic electrical work, and minor repairs.
- Strong understanding of health & safety procedures, risk assessments, and safe working practices in schools.
- Good organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills when working with staff, contractors, and pupils.
- Ability to maintain clear and accurate maintenance records and compliance documentation.
- Competence in premises and facilities management, including site security, fire safety checks, and routine inspections.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving maintenance issues.
